Welcome to The Learners Hub. We are delighted to have you join us.

So that everyone has an enjoyable and productive experience, we ask you to please read our terms and conditions before enrolling as the student or parent or guardian of the student (where the student is under 18). 

1. OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU

1.1.  The Client has engaged The Learners Hub to provide the Services to the Student.
1.2.  We will take all reasonable precautions to keep all details of Tutors and students secure
1.3.  We will liaise with Tutors and students to provide the Services.
1.4.  We will be responsible for the collection of Fees.
1.5.  We will ensure that all Tutors we hire and provide to Clients have a valid and current Working with Children Check (WCC Check).

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 

2.1. Where the the Student is under 18, the Parent accepts responsibility for every aspect of the behaviour of the Student.

2.2. If a Student is late to a Scheduled Booking, the Scheduled Booking will be shortened by the amount of the time the student was late to the lesson.

2.3 It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure they have enough funds in their account to be charged fortnightly during the school term. 

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1. Single session cancellation policy: If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a Scheduled Booking, he or she must notify The Learners Hub at least 24 hours before the Scheduled Booking is due to take place (1 make up lesson per term)

3.2.Tutoring package cancellation policy: a make up class will be provided if the Client wishes to cancel a session. Make up class must be rescheduled in the same week.  All sessions in tutoring packages are pre-booked once or twice a week for 10 sessions according to the NSW school term. 

3.3. The Client undertakes to assist the Tutor in identifying problem areas in which the Client or the child of the Client, requires assistance.

3.4. The Client agrees that the Student will be prepared for each lesson prior to the arrival of the Tutor from The Study Hub.

3.5. The Student agrees to undertake assignments, exercise and homework set as part of the Programme by The Learners Hub.

3.6. 10-Prepaid tutoring sessions require to be used up within the term of enrolment. 

3.7. Please allow for two (2) weeks notice if you wish to discontinue tutoring. 

4. FEES

4.1. Term Package includes 10x 1 hour lessons per term, charged once per term

4.2 First 4 lessons are to be paid upfront, if the the client wishes to continue booking in lessons after their first term with us upfront payments are to be made prior to the start of the next term.

4.3  No refunds can be made for payments after they have been debited.

4.4 Payment for single/casual lessons can be paid on the day (cash is the only available option for on the day payment unless orgainsed prior)
